Terms
- A local tax of 12% will be added to your total.
- A 25% advance deposit is required on reservations and is 90% refundable if reservation is canceled 30 days prior to check in date.
- All rates are in U.S. Dollars.
- Guests are responsible for any theft or damages. An inspection will be made and any damaged or missing items will be charged to guests credit card.
- Smoking is allowed on the patio only. Absolutely no smoking inside.
- Pets are allowed with a $10.00 per day per pet fee. (NOTE: You are responsible for your pet's clean up. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of all waste immediately in the dumpster, not inside the home!)
